John 8:12- 'If you hold to my teaching you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free'
Again there are some call to action statements here. Jesus is saying IF you hold to my teaching- which I believe the best way for this is to know His word and follow his lead through it!- THEN you will know the truth and from that truth we will be set free!
So once again we are being pointed back to God's word. His teaching is the words He speaks/spoke and what God speaks/spoke through the bible! So when we follow His word we can ultimately be set free! Woot!
