156. Unexplainable Peace and Unimaginable Joy...where does it come from?
Have you ever been in a difficult situation but you are feeling complete peace through it all? Like you can’t explain it but you have peace even in stress, grief, pain, change? Isn’t this so good?
If you’ve not experienced this before then I’m here to explain it a bit and give you the chance to see what is possible when we submit ourselves to God!
When we are connected to our Father….we build a trust in Him that conquers our fears, worries and insecurities. So when hard times come or life gives us lemons, we make the most delish lemonade with a sprinkle of the HOly Spirit and a dash of Jesus! Lol
So recap- how do we find peace even in the midst of chaos? Or do we find joy in the mundane areas of our life?
We rejoice in the Lord. We remember to be grateful in ALL things. We bring our needs to God with thanksgiving…laying down our anxious thoughts and trusting FULLY in Him.
How do we trust fully in Him you ask? By spending time with Him. The more you spend time with Him the more youw ill know Him. The more you know Him. The more you will understand His intentions toward you. When you understand His intention of love, you will trust and trust brings peace and joy!!
Jesus says in John 15:9-11
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in His love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
Ok to close here are some scriptures I just want to read over you!
Romans 15:13- May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Ps 16:11- You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore
